Question : I started with a sore throat Sunday night..have been coughing hard and sneezing for two days..tonight..I am coughing up clear like mucus with blood in it..

You need to take antibiotics and get a chest x-ray done.

Thanks for posting your query on HCM.

You need to start on antibiotics and antiallergics as soon as possible. Also take nebulization with levolin 2 to 3 times a day. Consult your local primary care doctor for type and dosage of antibiotics. I personally would prefer azithral or augmentin. The blood in sputum could be due to forceful coughing. However get a chest x-ray done to rule out any serious infection.
