Question : Hi. I'm a 28 year old man who has red non itchy and seemingly non raised spots on the tip of my penis. On Saturday, I had oral and genital to genital contact, no penitration, with a girl I am dating. Nothing occurred and all seemed well. Last night, Tuesday, we had sex with out a condom. About an hour after having sex, I noticed the spots that are still there. Now to my knowledge it's difficult for symptoms of STDS to show 24 hours after contact let alone an hour, but I'm still concerned.
In past encounters I would notice getting an itchy puffy tip after wearing a condom and realized I may have a slight allergy to latex or the lube in the condom. She is on birth control, the nuvaring I believe. I'm not sure what it's made of but I suppose it could have caused a reaction as well if it touched the tip of my penis.
Any help would be appreciated. Pictures can be provided.

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I uploaded a couple of pictures. I haven't done anything to treat it and haven't done any investigation really either. My partner has been sexually active in the past but never got an std or sti to her knowledge. Hope that helps!
Brief Answer:
Likely due to friction or irritation.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
I have gone through the photos and details.
It appears to be due to irritation or allergy. It does not appear to be due to STD .
But with the given history it is better that both of you go for STDs panel test .
Clean the area with warm water twice daily.
Avoid friction or irritation
Wear loose cotton inner wears.
You can get back for any clarification.
