Question : Yes I pulled a muscle on the front of left leg at the pubic bone, normal walking there is no pain . If I try to run I feel it immediately and can not run, what is this called and how is this treated?
Brief Answer:
You are doing right
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I think you have sprained the iliopsoas muscle near the groin. You are doing it right, just rest and Ibuprofen can settle the pain in a day. I also suggest hot water sponging if you prefer hot.
Hope you get better soon.
