I get groin discomfort on and off on both sides, have had times when it was severe during missionary sex position....sometimes it seems lymph glands are sore, but this comes and goes also. I am 48, 5 3 . 103 lbs. Medical history , chronic severe migraines, sjorgens ds, fibromyalgia .

it seems to be ur iliopsoas muscle is tight becoz of fibromyalgia, so better u do sum stretches after hot fomentation, particularly for iliopsoas muscle.
definitely pain will cum down.
