Brief Answer:
Get muscle relaxant prescribed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain you have is due to muscle spasm caused due to improper stretching of back muscles while playing.

The pain will improve with NSAID (Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Agents) - like ibuprofen, diclofenac, celecoxib and so on. Sometimes they can cause stomach irritation in some people - Take them after food. Simple Paracetamol alone and or in combination could also help.
At times, a muscle relaxant - like chlorzoxazone or methocarbamol - is added. You can get a proper prescription from your General Physician.
Good posture at work and home are important in the long term. Yoga can help.
Go for massage, hot fomentation and physiotherapy - if severe pain persists.
If the pain persists, I would strongly recommend you to visit an orthopedic surgeon.

I hope this answers your query.

Brief Answer:
Take rest. Do not exert yourself.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The vomiting and giddiness can be due to the pain killer that you have taken. You can take an H2 blocker like omeprazole and an antiemetic like domperidone for relief.
Hope my answer is helpful.
