Question : I am sick to my stomach, shaking and seems I have lots of slava and can feel my heart in my chest.

All the symptoms of sick to stomach- lots of saliva (it may be reaction of the body to the present problem), shaking and feeling the heart in chest ( palpitations) make me think this as an anxiety related problem.
