Brief Answer:
Acute gastroenteritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query dear.

Most likely you are suffering from acute gastroenteritis. You need some medications to cure the problem.

Gastroenteritis, also commonly referred to as infectious diarrhea, is a gastric disorder. The gastrointestinal tract, which comprises of the small intestine and stomach gets inflamed. Gastroenteritis is indicated by the symptoms such as diarrhea or constipation with acute vomiting and pain in the abdomen. Fever, exhaustion, and dehydration are also observed. This disease usually lasts not more than two weeks.

It is also called the stomach flu. Infections caused by virus, bacteria, parasites or fungi may lead to gastroenteritis. Viruses account for this disease the most. This disease is transmitted mainly through food items and contaminated water. Important electrolytes like sodium and potassium are lost from our body.

The most common remedy in case of gastroenteritis is having ORS or electrolyte solution.
Take a 3 days course of antibiotic Ofloxacin 200 mg twice daily with Tinidazole 500 mg twice daily with food (you may need to obtain a prescription from your local physician for these).
Take Zofran(Ondansetron) 4 mg twice daily for vomiting with food.

For the relief of pain take Drotaverine antispasmodic in combination with mefenamic acid(reduce overall inflammation) with food.

I would suggest you start good quality probiotics for a few days. Probiotic mechanisms of action include improvement of gut flora to restore proper food digestion.

Avoid outside food, especially fried rice or noodles which contain preformed toxins. Avoid foods like salads near unhygienic places. Take home food and easily digestible food like yogurt and rice. Take more fluids and electral powder.

Hope this information helps you. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks and regards
