Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for posting in health care magic.

I would like to have some more information.
The diagnosis of the condition depends on the site of the pain.
If it is in upper part of the abdomen in the centre, it could be gastritis.
If it is in the right lower side of the abdomen, it could be appendicitis or Ureteric colic.
Ultrasound abdomen will confirm the diagnosis.
I prescribe antispasmodic tablet to my patients who has colicky pain.
As per your description, it looks like acid peptic disease.
I prescribe PPI like Rabeprazole 20mg twice daily to my patients with similar complaints.
If you come back with more information and any queries, I will clarify further.
Nothing to worry.

Wish you good health.
Regards
