Suggest Treatment For Stomal Hernia

Question : I have a colostomy bag. Ive had it for 2 years. Right where the stoma is, another whole has opened up and the bowl is coming through that whole instead of the original hole that was already there. Is that bad? What do i do? Im freaking out!!!

Because of the abdominal wall weakness or straining due to coughing, the hole might have formed leading to bowels to come out.
I prefer to repair it as the bowel may get obstructed sometimes leading to Intestinal obstruction and strangulation.
It is a described complication of stoma .
Nothing to worry.

It is not serious as of now.As the bowel is moving freely in and out,it is not complicated. In course of time,the bowel loop gets obstructed leading to Intestinal obstruction.
I request you to get it repaired as soon as possible.
