What Could Cause Lower Stomach Ache And Bloating, Have History Of Hysterectomy?

I had a hysterectomy 7 years ago. I had a huge tumor, they had to scrape it off my lower bowels. I almost had to have a colostomy bag. The past week now my lower stomach hurts,almost like I cant pass gas, and iintercourse hurts very much. I have been taking antidepressants and oxycodone for the past year from a back injury. Now at night I itch all over and take benedryl which works great. Thank you for your time.

Hello,

The current issue of stomach ache and bloating is related to alteration in the gut flora with digestive enzyme disturbances.

The dyspareunia seems related to vaginal dryness from possible estrogen deficiency or else.

Guidelines at present until consulting is carried out for final cause management
- Avoid sex at present
- Plenty of liquids for hydration maintenance
- PPI as omeprazole or lansoprazole
- Mylanta syrup
- Manage to avoid hard stools and constipation
- Get a prescription of antispasmodic as drotaverine or dicyclomine from your PCP.
