Suggest Treatment For Sty Near The Eye

Question : hi doc

I have developed a sty near my eyes.
consulted few eye doctor here, they recommended antibiotic and eye drop, but no real result.

Can you please suggest a remedy ?

Hi xxxxxxx,

Kindly upload a photo of the sty.
As per your question, I would prescribe to my patients:
Tab Cefixime 200 mg twice daily(Broad spectrum cephalosporin class of antibiotic)
Tab Diclofenac 100 mg slow release once a day (anti inflammatory analgesic)
Tab seratiopeptidase 10 mg thrice daily(potent anti inflammatory)
Tab fexofenadine(Allegra) 180mg once daily
Eye drop moxifloxacin for local application two drops teice daily.
Take them for 5 days after consulting your opthalmologist.
Wash eye three times a day with cold water.
A swab from eye should be taken for microscopic routine examination.
Please discuss the above mentioned treatment with your opthalmologist.
