Brief Answer:
Cardiologist consultation;go to ER if the symptoms are unbearable...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

If the episode just happened, and you are still having those symptoms; then, should go to ER.

The sudden onset of headaches when standing up might be related to circulatory problems. A complete cardiac check up by cardiologist is then needed including:
- ECG
- holter monitoring
- blood pressure monitoring especially when having such episodes
- echocardiogram

A complete blood count and electrolyte balance is also advised to rule out anemia and electrolytes deficiencies respectively.

For the moment, keep well hydrated and avoid quick standing up.
Hope it was of help!
