Hello dear
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* There are many local joint as well as systemic conditions giving rise to such
symptoms .

Kindly provide me some more details so that I can answer your query completely .

1. Fluid removed from similar side of knee ( left ) , what was the diagnosis at
that time for which it was done , any reports of that fluid had done
2. Duration of fluid removal was 6-8 weeks or months , duration of current
problem ( was it there before fluid removal already or later appeared )
any history of trauma to same foot
3. Swelling persist 24 hrs or notice more in relation to particular period of day
say after walking or working , any pain in foot or ankle , overlying skin
changes if any
4. If feasible can take a measure tape , check circumference in cm of both feet
& tell me in next session
5. Press your thumb firmly in fluid filled area & see whether there is pitting or
not
6. Presence of systemic ailments as diabetes , hypertension , arthritis & taking
any medicines for such problems
