Brief Answer:
It looks like inflammation of glands of lids.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having a swelling of the eyelid with a small pimple on the swollen part.
This indicates a inflammatory swelling involving the glands of the eyelids.
This requires treatment by a the use of antibiotics and antiinflammatory drugs.

Amoxycillin is an antibiotic and it can be used. Neosporine H contains steroid in the form of hydrocortisine and it should be avoided.
I prefer to use plain antibiotic eye drops or eye ointments like Moxifloxacin or Ciprofloxacin.
Along with this use of oral antiinflammatory drugs like Diclofenac will provide rapid symptomatic relief.

Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist for examination to find out the underlying cause and prescription of drugs.
If possible do send a photo of the affected eye so that I can confirm the diagnosis and advice you more accurately.

Hope this is helpful to you.

Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you

Doctor please find the attached photo's and see the highlighted parts in the photo's.

I think pimple appear due to the application of Nepsporin-H as it contains steroid.

Please suggest me the best treatment for it. I shall be thankful to you for this.

Brief Answer:
It is inflammatory swelling of glands of lid.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the follow up question.

I reviewed the photo attached with the question.

It is inflammation of gland of the eyelid because of infection as I mentioned.
The pimple is pus filled point and this will open by itself otherwise small incision and drainage can be done.
Application of hot compression will be of help.

The treatment is by use of oral antibiotics like Amoxycillin and antibiotic eye ointment as I advised in the previous answer.

Hope this is helpful to you.

Brief Answer:
Moxifloxacin eye ointment is better.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the follow up question.

This will resolve by 4-6 days with treatment hence no need to worry.
The treatment is by oral antibiotics and oral antiinflammatory drugs.
You need to continue Amoxycillin and Moxifloxacin eye ointment.

You need to avoid Neosporin H and use of cold water to wash the eyes.
If it does not resolve do consult your ophthalmologist for small incision and drainage.

Hope this is helpful to you.

Thank you
