Question : I HAVE SWELLING ABOVE MY LEFT CLAVICLE. NO HISTORY OF CANCER. I HAVE BRACHACARDIA, HYPERTENSION AND ATRIAL FIBRILATION

I appreciate your concern for the swelling about your left clavicle bone.

For how long you have been having this swelling?
Do you have any other problems with your stomach, lungs, etc.?

The typical location of the swelling is suggestive of enlargement of lymph node (left supraclavicular) seen in a number of conditions like infection, cancers like lymphoma or cancer of the stomach, etc.
So, it can be a serious condition hence you are advised to visit a doctor for proper evaluation and may be you will have to undergo some lab tests like X rays or CT scans to detect the possible cause behind the enlarged lymph node.
