Brief Answer:
You can use ofloxacin eye drops.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

It seems from the history that you are having swollen eye lid.
Thid can be because of inflammatory swelling of the glands of the eyelids.
The treatment is by use of antibiotics and antiinflammatory drugs.
Ofloxacin 0.3% eye drops is antibiotic eye drop and you can continue it.
But if it is opened more than 2 months back you need to use new one.
If you are having symptoms of pain and tenderness you can use antiinflammatory drugs and do hot compression.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
With regards
