Question : Hi doc my MIL age 71 diabetic sudden suffering from all joint stiffness swelling and server pain Test report showing RF negative vitamine D is only 9ng/ml

inherase main problem is diabetes. it should be properly controlled. glycolated hemoglobin should be done. and proper medication and diet control is to be done

In my opinion, there is problem of proper control of diabetes. consult your diabetologist on proper management. Diet control and increase physical activity and regular morning walk is important.

Please consult a general physician(MD Internal Medicine) regarding your vitamin D levels, (you do need vitamin supplements) and low RBC counts.
