Question : I have 3 swollen lymph nodes under my left collarbone. I am bcra2 positive with a history of breast cancer. Had double mastectomy in 2006. I have had them for about 4 mos. I am going to a general surgeon next week. Do you think that's a good idea?

Yes dear you need to visit your doctor as breast cancer needs proper evaluation of slightest symptoms even after mastectomy.
You should also have a PET scan done to see the nature of the nodes but first consult your doctor and then proceed in a meticulous manner.
