Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Swelling of the testicle(s) can be due to trauma, infection, hernias, cardiac abnormalities, etc. So the first step is towards management should be a diagnosis.

I would recommend that doctors visit, mainly to establish a diagnosis which will then help direct the management. I do not think this is anything to panic about, and so please do not worry too much about it. But please do hurry the doctors visit, not because this is an emergency, but because I would like you to find relief at the earliest.

As the causes can vary quite a bit, I do not think there is any point in providing you with any home remedies to help reduce the swelling, but the best you can do right now is a warm water soak 2-3 times a day.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
