Brief Answer:
Your problem is unlikely be due to HIV/STD causes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

You had your problem on the very next day after your oral sex. It is quite unlikely be due to HIV/STD. Earliest HIV manifestations can occur only after 3-4 weeks after the exposure whereas STD manifestations also do not appear before 5 days and depends upon the incubation periods of various STDs.

Your problem is due to common pathogens of one's genitals. External cleanliness or normal blood test do not assure guarantee from the normal genital flora (both for men and women). Manifestations would depend upon the host immunity and virulence of the organisms.

It may subside spontaneously sometimes, otherwise a course of antibiotics my be necessary to overcome this problem.

If symptoms persists, do consult your physician and get well soon.

Protected oral sex is always safe even though the risk for HIV/STD is low with oral sex. Special colored and flavored condoms available for oral sex.
