Brief Answer:
Management of People are allergic to me (PATM)

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the query at HCM

I have gone through the query and understand your concern.
PATM is a disease area where not too much research have been done yet. So not much data is available regarding its cause and management.
The first thing I would recommend is to confirm whether people surrounding you actually experience allergy symptoms. Talking to your friends or close relatives can help you clarify this. If they confirm the possibility of PATM, it would also be helpful to explore with them any specific factor about you that trigger symptoms like the smell of clothes, perfume, breath etc. If so trying changing the product.

There are also dietary changes you can try. Avoid dairy products, alcohol, and coffee. Follow low carb diet. Quit smoking, if you do so.
There is also a hypothesis that underlying candida infections can trigger PATM. Please be advised to follow-up with a primary care provider to undergo testing for possible candida infection. Treatment of candida infection has helped some people.
If the condition is affecting your mood or emotionally please be advised to seek the help of a psychotherapist.

Hope I was able to help you
