Question : Have this thing on my tongue looks like a little white claw kind of just worried what could this mean? Is this normal?

It looks like glossitis. Use hexidine mouth wash daily.
Apply antifungal mouth paint 3 to 4 times a day
Take tablet vitamin c once daily
Clean your tongue with a tongue Cleaner.
Avoid spicy foods and very hot foods.
Avoid any tobacco usage.
