Thanks for providing clinical photograph. From the picture it appears to be Oral Thrush involving the tonsils ( Oral Candidiasis ) . Oral Nystatin ( anti-fungal) lozenges will be helpful in fast resolution of it. If the symptoms do persist then consult your primary care physician for further assessment.
