Suggest Treatment For Teething Issues In Child

My 15 months old baby (15.5kgs) has been extremely cranky for the past 2-3 days. she is continuously slapping her cheeks and only getting pacified when she is is on breast feed. I feel she is having severe teething problem. She already have 8 front teeth (lower and upper central and lateral incisors ) and now expecting the molars . Today night we had to give her Crocin DS for some pain relied (1 ml dose).
Can you suggest some ways or medicine so that we can give her some relief for this teething pains ?
Moreover can you suggest how can we clean her teeth and she doesn't allow us to brush her teeth.
Thanks and Regards

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing in.
First molars erupt between 12-16 months & you are right your kid is getting trouble due to same.Presently there are many teething gels available in market that contain local anaesthesia & antibiotic & it not only numbs that area but also clearifies with saliva. If problem still persists then go for ibuprofen or paracetamol syrup but discuss dose with physician as per your child age, height, weight.
Secondly brushing with pea sized tooth paste is best method for kids above year.
Start making his habit & meanwhile use clean white wet towel for same.
Consult pedodontist for further opinion.
Hope I answered your query
Wishing you good health
