Brief Answer:
Try b12 supplements...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Well it is not uncommon to have sensory disturbances of feet at this age. Peripheral nerves in the feet get affected due to age related changes as well as due to other causes such as co-existing comorbidities, nutritional deficiency and endocrine disturbances. If the tingles and warmth sensation is severe enough to affect your daily activities, it's worthwhile to consult a neurologist and evaluate for treatable causes.

Either if you have milder symptoms or if you are unable to visit a doctor, you can try a course of B12 supplement - 500mcg of vitamin b12 (it should be available over the counter) once a day for a month - and see if it helps.

Please let me know if there are any other symptoms along with the current sensory disturbances.

Brief Answer:
psychogenic factors....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Most sensory issues including paraesthesia are influenced by psychological factors. This precisely is the reason why multiple sclerosis or MND symptoms gets flared up during stress and anxiety. Please note that that's just an example and I do not suspect MS or MND in your case.

Therefore these psychogenic factors perhaps is the reason why you don't perceive abnormal sensation during activities.

Try vitamin supplements and if possible arrange for the doctor's (neurologist) appointment.

Hope I am clear. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Best Regards
