Brief Answer:
Thyroid function test&other diagnostic tests advised...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,

I am sorry for the health situation your wife is going through.

You are reporting only about her vital signs which are good. And this is great. However, to get a proper diagnosis, further diagnostic tests are recommended:
- thyroid gland: thyroid hormones and related ultrasound
- a complete blood count
- a complete biochemical balance
- a complete urinalysis.

If you have already done these tests please upload the reports so that I can suggest further. Also let me know if she has any other symptoms or is she taking any medicine.

After reviewing such analysis, we can run into final conclusions.
Hope it was of help!
