Brief Answer:
It might be UTI with or without PID

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I got your information.

I am sorry for your condition.

In my opinion your condition can be explained in following scenarios:-

1)Urinary tract infection(UTI)-It might be UTI. In UTI due to burning feeling in urethra there can be urinary in continence. There will be frequent back pain in conditions like uti with renal stones. In post menopausal women UTI are more commonly seen.

2)pelvic inflammatory disease;-PID is due to infection in pelvis, this can be ascending infection from genital tract.in this condition there might be heavy bleed and back pain

there might be a chance that both the conditions co-exist in some cases.

3)it could be fibroids with PID,where we can see heavy bleeding with backache.

i am not diagnosing any condition.Since there are many similar features present its worth evaluating.

In case a patient with similar complaints visit my office i would like to do following test.

1.abdominal ultrasound
2.complete urine examination
3.complete blood picture and serum creatinin.
4.fasting blood sugar
5.per speculum examination and per vaginal examination.

i suggest you to discuss with your doc for further analysis.
