You indicated that your urine has a strong smell. If this is accompanied by urinary frequency and urgency or discomfort with urination it may indicate a urinary tract infection.

For these types of symptoms I would recommend that you see your primary care doctor for a urinalysis. If infection is confirmed an antibiotic will be very helpful in helping you feel better
