Suggest Treatment For Very Dark Skin At The Side Of The Nose

Question: I have very dark skin at the side of my nose, I have very fair skin, This looks like I have been punched. I think it is getting worse. I have Glaucoma and take drops. There is no pain to the darkness just looks bad, Any ideas please.

Thanks for the photograph.
I can see there is lot of redness on your cheek and nose bridge.
Probably it's rosaceae.
I treat such cases with a topical anti-inflammatory agent like metronidazole cream and capsule doxycycline.
You can take this in consultation with your doctor.
Metronidazole cream is to be applied in night while in morning apply a good sunscreen.
