My daughter was having high fever, we consulted pediatric, he advised for blood and urine test which we did today, please check the attached reports and advice.

I have gone through the reports. The urine report does not indicate any Urinary tract infection. The blood report is also not suggestive of any bacterial infection. Rather the whole picture fits with that of a viral infection.
In case of a viral infection antibiotics are ineffective. You have to give paracetamol to bring down the temperature. It should take 5-7 days to recover irrespective of any treatment.
