Question: I m 28 yrs girl weight 68 kg height 5.2. to be married next year sexually active since 4 yrs, with boyfrnd. I m worried for the problem when I didn't feel the inserting jerking feeling in my vagina I Hv to earlier get pleasures, I fully used to feel and my position of my thighs used to be normal during missionary postion I didn't had to narrow my thighs space. How to get pleasure back are vaginal muscles are loose so that I hv to narrow the space between when in missionary for the inserting feeling Plzz suggest me what should I do?

You can learn pelvic floor exercise on your own from internet easily. However I recommend consulting gynaecologist for routine check-up once as you are sexually active since 4 years to rule out any physical problem.

And if you involve in sex before marriage please do not be apprehensive about orgasm and do not think actively about pleasure. Just try to enjoy foreplay and sex, you will likely succeed as sometime performance anxiety can cause failure.
Also no need to worry about sex life after marriage as you have already experienced it and you can do well after marriage also.
