Suggest Treatment For Weakness In The Back And Fever

Question : 5 days back suddenly after getting up from bed in the morning I was feeling weakness in my back that I was not having strength to walk in the morning. I was feeling slight feverish. I took rest for 3 / 4 days taking crocin. But all thhese days I am toally drained & not having any strength. Feeling vomiting. No food craving. But taking slight food & passing slight stool.Very weak now. What is the case & what I should do?

This can be due to
1. Viral Infections : Can Produce Fever as well as Weakness, Feeling of vomiting and no food craving
2. Anemia

Since you have not improved in the past five days and also since you are very weak now, I suggest you visit the ER and undergo basic tests
