Brief Answer:
The need for TT is low in your case.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I apologize for the delayed response owing to my work schedule.

I have worked through your query in detail.

Muscle injuries in depth are an indication for TT injection.

As in your case, the need for TT is very low.

But nevertheless a single dose of TT can be taken as a safety measure.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe the medication(s)to you.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
