Is It Safe To Put Dettol On An Itchy Mole?

I had a mole on the right side of my neck I was itchy so I scratched it the mole came off when I got home my mum put Dettol when we got home I put some Dettol then put some on a band aid and slept with it thinking it would kill the germs and bacteria then in the morning I put some more and then at lunch time now I am putting salvon and alovera

I would not recommend to use Dettol and Savlon on the mole as it can lead to irritant contact dermatitis.
