Question : i have been tracking my cycle for 13 months now dating back to when i had an abortion on 7/2/15. i am currently trying to conceive ( unplanned previously). i have PCOS and am having the darnest time trying to figure my ovulation dates and so on, i need some advice on trying to conceive with PCOS i have no idea what date i got pregnant last time wasnt even tracking just kind of happened i found out early in month 2 ! i would like to actually have a child now please advise ?

You can plan for Ovulation induction.

In here medication like Clomid is given to stimulate egg development. Egg development can be tracked by daily scans called follicular scans. Exact date of ovulation can be ascertained and intercourse attempted on same dates.

This has high chances of pregnancy. Do consult a gynecologist for the same.
