Suggest Vitamin And Dietary Supplements For Cracking Joints In Elbow

Question: Hi, I have not been taking care of myself the past about 3 years. Too much drinking, smoking, very poor diet, binge eating at times etc. Ive decided it is time to make a change. Aside from cutting back on all the bad stuff like drinking/smoking. I was wondering if there are vitamins/dietary supplements you could recommend. Right now I just started taking a multi vitamin, but I know there are probably tons of other things I could be taking. I feel like my better is very malnutrition. Ive also noticed my joints cracking often in my elbows and stuff. Is this from malnutrition? It worries me since I am only 33. Not sure if it is even joints, but my body does make crack/popping noises in some places when i move them sometimes. Any help advice would be much appreciated!

Brief Answer:
Not a problem

Detailed Answer:
No..Its not a problem

There are various combinations in the multivitamins and it depends upon the manufacturer who produce that drug..

At your age,go for healthy nutritious diet instead of taking Multivitamins which is my personal opinion..

Till then you can tablets like A to Z or Capsule becosules once a day for 1 month...Avoid taking it if you intolerate..

In my opinion, its time to stop adderall and take tablet escitalopram 10mg once a day at night for a week until you start taking diet properly..

Get your psychiatrist advise too in this regards..

Maintain good hydration which is very important.

Hope i am helpful..Further queries are welcome

Take care

One last question. I also have large hard bumps below my teeth under the gums in the front part on both top and bottom parts of my mouth. Are these calcium deposits? Will these reduce under treatment or how are they removed?

I have an appt with a dentist this week for consultation.

Also forgot to review you. I will give you 5 stars. Thanks again!

They are chronic deposits(sedimented from salts from food like calcium, tobacco etc..It cannot be reduced under medical management..There is surgical treatment which depends on the severity.Hope your dentist will be well aware of that procedure. If any further doubts get back to me..
