Stress up to some limit is necessary to work better and improve performance.It is called eustress. But when stress is more than the required it becomes distress. When person suffers from excessive stress he/she becomes disturbed psychologically as well as physically due to some neurochemical and hormonal changes in the body.

Stress free comprise of two aspects:Preventive and curative

1.Preventive: In which person should follow the healthy lifestyle to keep himself/herself healthy and stressfree.This includes regular exercise,enough sleep and healthy diet.
In exercise 3-4 km walking at least 5 days a week is sufficient. Any outdoor sport activity is also helpful.
6-8 hours of sound sleep daily is also must to remain fresh and healthy.
Healthy diet includes sufficient amount of vegetables and fruits in your diet. Avoid fast food/junk food as much as possible. Take meal on time without much variation. Morning breakfast is an essential XXXXXXX
Avoid smoking other substance use.
Spare time for yourself. Leisure activities with family and friends are important part to keep oneself free of excessive work/study stress.
