Question : HI , MY DAUGHTER IS 12 MNTHS OLD & UNDER WEIGHT . LAST TAKEN WEIGHT WAS 7 KGS .
PLS RECOMMEND WHAT SHOULD I DO

Thanks for writing to us.
Can you let me know the birth weight? Was she a term or preterm baby ? Any hospitalizations or serious illness in this one year ?

If she is term around 3kg, then 7 kg is bit below normal.
I would suggest
1. Basic workup including complete examination for micronutrients deficiencies, blood tests for hemoglobin, urine routine and motion routine
2. Try deworming with albendazole to treat worm infestation which is common in this age.
3. Multivitamin and iron supplements atleast for 3 to 6 months to improve appetite.
4. Ensure wholesome diet which should include all homefoods with oil and ghee.

Birth weight was - 2.4 kgs
delivery at normal time
no hospitalization / serious illness in last 1 yr

Request you to kindly prescribe few multivitamins/ iron suppliments.

Will get the tests done in the meantime & get back to you .

If the birth weight was 2.4 , then expected weight now would be 8 kg. So not to worry much , try zincovit drops and Trifer drops 1ml each daily for 3 months after discussing with your doctor.
