Hello there

Thanks for asking to HCM.

You need to reduce the drug dose every 2 or 3 days and then stop the drug.

There are drugs chlordiazepoxide or nitrazepam, nearly similar to ambien and either of the drugs can be used to manage withdrawal effects like hyperexcitability ,disorientation etc(withdrawal from ambien).
