Brief Answer:
Withdrawal

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
The symptoms that you are mentioning are due to the abrupt withdrawal of zolpidem. They need to be tappered off gradually. 3 tablets of , I assume 10mg zolpidem, is quite high a dose. Even if it was 5 mg, the medcine cannot be abruptly withdrawn. You need to undergo detoxification with the help of medcines like chlordiazepoxide, preferably in an indoor setup.
Do meet your doctor and get yourself admitted under his care and get the detoxification process started.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback.

Brief Answer:
Need to come off Zolpidem

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I agree that you started zolipdem with a good intention but now that you have become addicted to it, you need to come off it. Get yourself admitted and get the zolipdem detoxification done. It may take 4-7 days but then you would be fine.
Hope this helps
Kind regards
