Question : Hello. I am hoping you can help. I have struggled with concentration problems, extreme difficulty keeping my head clear (even with meditation), and what I would characterize as moderate depression. I have been put on lexapro, wellbutrin, lower doses of adderall and ritalin and none of them have helped. In fact, I noticed no changes in my symptoms on any of them. I am generally very healthy in both my diet and daily habits. Is there a different approach or something else I could try taking?
Brief Answer:
Effexor can be tried

I would recommend trying Effexor.
Effexor have shown to improve attention, focus and treat depression.
If effector by itself is not helping, adding Adderall or Ritalin along with Effexor can help.
Please be advised to follow up with a psychiatrist or primary care provider to see if Effexor is right for you
