Hello,
Welcome.
No you can't take it.
It is only taken after unprotected sex to prevent pregnancy within 72 hours.
For periods delay, take norethisterone 5 mg twice, start before 2-3 days of due date of next periods.
Take 3-5 days.
After stopping, periods will be within 3-7 days.
But please take after consulting your gynecologist.
Take care...

Brief Answer:
No, morning after pill is not a good option.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
Morning after pill contains levonorgestrel 0.75 mg and it is completely different drug and mechanism than norethisterone.
Please don't take any other drug without consulting your doctor as will affect your health.
Hope these all will help you.
Take care...
