it is a very difficult thing to attain for any individual to be stress free in this world. Stress can be Physical or mental.
But there are many things which can be done to be stress free.
Be free from all worries.
Sleep well 8 hours per day at least.
Do daily physical exercises according to your capacity.
Do yoga.
Do meditation.
Listen to music
Get yourself engaged in activities which you like I.e hobbies which may be music ,painting, tours ,
Sports swimming etc.
Eat a balanced diet.
Some like religious discourse.
You can search more ways to relax depending on your perception.
