Question : How can I remove raised molds from my face? They have been tested and are not cancer. I was told they are caused by stress.
Brief Answer:
I suggest a possibility of seborrheic keratosis; require an Image
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic
I have taken note of your query.
I think that you are referring to Seborrheic keratosis Or Dermatosis Papulosis Nigra (DPN).
These are benign in nature and are only of cosmetic concern.
They can be easily removed either with Co2 Laser vaporization, radiofrequency cautery Or freezing.
I would require an Image to confirm. Therefore I request you to kindly upload a clear digital image
To upload an Image you may go to the reports section

Hi dr images attached please suggest
Brief Answer:
These are spots of dermatosis papulosa nigra/ DPN's
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I have reviewed the Images.
I can see numerous, pin head sized and slightly larger, raised, dark brown spots.
These spots are of Dermatosis Papulosis Nigra (DPN) Or small seborrheic keratosis.
They are absolutely benign and are only of cosmetic concern. As many as half of those affected with DPN's have a positive history in other family members.
DPN's are best removed with either a CO 2 Laser Or Radiofrequency cautery.
The procedure is done under local anesthesia and produces remarkable cosmetic result.
I suggest you to talk to a dermatologist for the needful.
Regards
