I have gone carefully through the details and understand your concern. please let me know how long you have been having such a symptom and whether it is associated with vomiting, diarrhea and/or fever. You could be having an episode of gastroenteritis, gastritis or gastrointestinal infection. A clinical evaluation and proper correlation are essential.

You need to take plenty of ORS (oral rehydration solution). Medicines like antispasmodics (drotaverine, dicyclomine etc.) can help.
