Brief Answer:
She must consult a physician.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Since she has consumed the tablets 11 hours ago, all the medicine would have been absorbed by now. This overdose can cause drowsiness, tremors, seizures, muscle breakdown, hallucinations, etc. The blood clots in her cough that she is having is a worrisome symptom and she must consult a physician for proper examination and management.
The numbness in her hands and feet is likely to subside in next few days.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
