Hi
The pain between your chest and stomach is due to Peptic ulcer/Gastritis.
You should take a PPI like Rabeprazole and a smooth muscle relaxant like Dicyclomine.
You should avoid spicy foods, coffee, cool drinks.
Stop Alchohol and smoking.
Eat regularly in time.
Avoid strong pain killers.
If the complaints are not relieved by the above drugs, please take an Upper GI endoscopy and Ultrasound abdomen.
If you have any queries,i will clarify further.
Waiting for your response
Wish you good health
Regards
