Brief Answer:
there are no massive studies done on the same

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
It is very difficult to determine efficiency of Letrasole since there are no massive studies, but in cases of early beast cancer with no local or distant metastases, letrasole is still of questionable use. Generally, the risk of recurrence is low with no therapy (around 10%) and with hormonal therapy this number may be 1-2% lower. so you need to decide is it worth to continue with it or not. Wish you good health. Regards
