Brief Answer:
You are safe

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
HIV spreads due to exchange of body fluids. The way you described, it is highly unlikely to contract the virus, unless he is HIV positive and his gums are bleeding. You could not have contracted it by the fondlings so relax Though I must inform you , Herpes virus can be transmitted by kissing .

Detailed Answer:
Hi
please understand that HIV virus needs exchange of body fluids to be transmitted. Mere touch is not enough. They are not strong enough to pass through clothes . This is the reason we advice to use condom for sex because they can't pass through condom. If you are so scared, it would be a good idea to get your self tested again but logically, it is not needed. You felt penetration through clothes so is safe

Brief Answer:
you are safe

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I think the breathlessness and feeling of nodes is due to extreme anxiety. I suggested you that if you are so worried, get yourself tested . Yes, brushing can cause gum bleed and small possibility of transmission is there but the answer is again testing
