What Are The Chances Of HIV After An Oral Sex Encounter?

Question : Hi there I am a 22 year old straight female. Between 2008 and 2011 I had 5 partners I had unprotected sex with. I took an oraquick oral swab test in September of 2012 which came out negative. I had a random encounter where I had oral to a guy I met at a night club in April of 2013 but I dont take that too seriously considering oral sex is low risk for HIV. After that I started seeing my new boyfriend April of 2014 and I noticed In late May into early XXXXXXX of 2014 I seemed to have developed a gray spot on my gums and gum pain with receding gums and some ulceration. I obviously have developed gingivitis out of no where which I believe is to be trench mouth (acute necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis). Because my gums hurt from time to time and ive looked up pictures on google and it looks similiar. I broke up with my then boyfriend late July 2014. In late November I developed dry mouth, dry eyes, dry itchy skin flakey skin, white coated tongue and extreme fatigue for a few weeks and some diarrhea and sometimes constipation. Now weeks later I have ear rumbling and ear aches and stiff neck and gum pain probably due to the trench mouth. I have been so stressed I have not been able to sleep or focus I just keep crying thinking I am infected. On December 8th almost 5 months after my last exposure I took an oraquick swab test and the result was negative. I wanted to be on the safe side so I took another test 1 week later and it was also negative. Between the gingival problems and my body going haywire I do not know if i should trust this test. How accurate is oraquick months after a exposure? I also read somewhere that in late stage HIV that antibodies may not show up on rapid tests. I am starting to think maybe I could of had HIV for years and the first test from 2012 could be wrong. Could I be in late stage HIV and not know it? Could I be confident that I am HIV negative? I am scheduled for a blood test tomorrow and I am extremely nervous I do not know what to expect. Are my symptoms HIV/AIDs specific? I read horror stories where the same thing happened to people after testing negative with oraquick at 5 and 6 months they tested positive on blood tests. I also read a story where a girl had acute necrotizing gingivitis months after sleeping with her HIV positive boyfriend and she ended up testing positive as well. Im at a loss I am going in for blood work tomorrow and I am terrified.
